- The Financial Sector Transformation Council (FSTC) in line with FS 700 as an enabling provision that allows for consideration of exemptions hereby issues a notice informing measured entities intending to apply to be exempt from complying with the provisions of Access to Financial Services or to deem entities’ products Access Qualifying Products on the criteria and process to be followed when filing exemption applications.
